  1. I am not a man “of color”, I am a black man. Please don’t perpetuate that stupid term—it’s no different than saying “colored writers” in the passive voice.

  2. Michael, that’s what the list was called in the article. Perhaps your criticism would be better placed over there. That aside, the list is comprised of many, many different minorities.
