Marc Gunn of the Irish and Celtic Music Podcast has two parody albums devoted to this improbable marriage. Speaking for myself (in the words of the immortal Joe Turner), “I’m like a one-eyed cat, peeping in a seafood store…”

    Wow. Clicked on the site for all of ten seconds and now I’m going to be singing that to my poor cats for the rest of their LIVES.

    I should probably have forewarned readers that the website starts singing “What Shall We Do With A Catnip Kitty” as soon as you open it. Apologies. Did you get to “Danny Boy” and “Whiskers in the Jar”–I think those best describe life with cats/being a crazy catperson.
